A Few Words About Joseph “JT” Troia:

Joseph Troia, Assoc. AIA, joins IS Architecture as an Associate Designer. After starting his career in Buffalo, NY where he spent five years working on an assortment of projects he now resides in sunny San Diego. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from Alfred State College in up-state New York. He is actively working towards licensure as becoming a Registered Architect has been a major career goal of his since beginning the journey. His main desire through the design process is to always put the client’s desires first while keeping the project on track.

With past experience on various types of projects including Healthcare, Adaptive Re-Use & Historic Preservation, Multifamily, Commercial, and more he gained the ability to see projects in a different perspective. Utilizing this knowledge, he has had the chance to work on every phase during the design process. He aspires to create spaces that are filled with light and excite its users every time they return to them. In his free time, you can find Joseph in the water practicing surfing, restoring old furniture, and spending time with his family and friends.
