A Few Words About Christian Nevarez:

Christian Nevarez, Assoc. AIA, joins IS Architecture as an Associate Designer, bringing years of design experience in high end custom residential design. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design with high honors and is currently working towards licensure. With experience in all phases of project delivery, he is responsible for developing preliminary design concepts tailoring documentation to the specific needs of clients and ensures that drawings meet their standards, in addition he is in charge of putting together the construction documents and processing them through the city jurisdiction.

Over the years he has had the privilege of working with multiple architect in San Diego who have helped him grow and learn. As someone who has worked in multiple small firms he has proven to be a great leader and an asset to the team.

As a native San Diegan he enjoys everything this city has to offer but most importantly he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
