1926 Mediterranean Villa Revival residence originally designed by Herbert E. Palmer. The breakfast room, kitchen, dinning room, family room, master bedroom, bathroom, and stairway enclosure were designed in a manner to maintain the character of the historic home. This project involved complicated existing plan verification with numerous small issues particular to a residence of this age and architectural style.
