Based on historical research and site analysis, this home is eligible for designation by the City of San Diego
under Criteria C- Architecture. The structure maintains a high degree of integrity in regards to location, setting, design,
materials, workmanship, feeling and association. It is an excellent example of early Craftsman architecture within San
Diego’s historic South Park subdivision.
